Description
The TITANCEL210 inverter welder is an advanced welding machine that uses industrial-range IGBT technology for MMA arc welding (electrode welding).
This device is known for its lightweight and compact design, which facilitates transport and handling thanks to an ergonomic handle integrated into the machine's body.
It offers a wide power range, with an amperage varying from a minimum of 25A to a maximum of 200A, making it suitable for a wide variety of welding tasks.
The TITANCEL210 is compatible with various types of electrodes, including rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, and cellulosic, with diameters ranging from Ø1.6 mm to 5.0 mm.
Additionally, it is equipped with an efficient ventilation system and 35-50 mm brass connectors, ensuring a secure and stable connection.
The equipment comes standard with an electrode holder, ground clamp, welding mask, and chipping hammer/brush, and is ideal for working with cellulosic electrodes and aluminum.
It operates on a 230V 50-60Hz power supply and features a digital display for easy monitoring of welding parameters.
Recommendations for Use
Ensure the equipment is used in a well-ventilated environment to avoid the accumulation of harmful fumes and gases.
Select the appropriate electrode type according to the material to be welded for better results.
Adjust the amperage according to the thickness of the electrode and the type of welding required.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
Perform welding tests on scrap materials before proceeding with the main work to correctly adjust the parameters.
Maintenance Recommendations
Regularly clean the brass connectors to ensure an optimal and secure connection.
Periodically inspect the ventilation system and clean any accumulation of dust or dirt to prevent overheating.
Store the machine in a dry and protected place to avoid damage from moisture or impacts.
