CO2 COMBUSTION LEAK DETECTOR
This tool is designed to check for leaks between the combustion chamber and the cooling system in water-cooled engines.
The combustion process produces (among other gases) 13-14% CO2 in the exhaust, and leaks of this gas into the cooling system are easily detectable.
If combustion gases are present, the color of the testing fluid will change to yellow or green, which serves as proof of a CO2 leak in the coolant.
