Description

The CUT55 plasma cutting inverter is an advanced tool that uses compressed air to perform precise cuts on a variety of metallic materials such as steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, brass, aluminum, and copper.
This powerful and compact device features a sturdy housing and a carrying handle that facilitates its mobility and handling in different work environments.
The contact arc ignition technology ensures a fast and effective start to the cut, while the inclusion of a cutting torch, ground clamp with cable, earth clamp, brush/hammer, and protective mask makes this equipment a complete set for any cutting operation.
Additionally, the CUT55 Inverter includes overcurrent protection functions, which guarantee both operator safety and equipment durability.

Usage recommendations:
Always use the protective mask and other appropriate personal protective equipment during cutting.
Verify that the material to be cut is correctly secured and stabilized.
Maintain the cutting torch at a consistent distance from the material to ensure uniform cuts.
Perform tests on scrap material before starting the final cut to adjust settings appropriately.
Clean the work area after each use to prevent the accumulation of metallic residues that can affect equipment operation.

Maintenance recommendations:
Regularly inspect the torch and cables for signs of wear or damage.
Clean the air filter periodically to ensure optimal flow and prevent breakdowns.
Consult the user manual to schedule regular maintenance and ensure optimal equipment performance.
