Description

The 160-amp MMA inverter welder is a state-of-the-art welding unit designed to offer superior performance and an optimized user experience.
Equipped with synergic technology, this welder allows for precise amperage regulation via its LCD digital display, making it easy to choose the correct electrode and thickness of the material to be welded.
The Arc Force function ensures a stable welding arc, while Hot Start technology facilitates the start of welding, preventing the electrode from sticking.
In addition, this equipment features the capability to perform TIG Lift welding, expanding its versatility and functionality in various welding projects.

Synergic MMA inverter welding equipment with digital display. Thanks to its digital display, we can observe the ideal electrode and mm that we can weld while regulating the Amps.

DC 160 Amp. with 60% performance. (230V)
For professional use - VRD on/off.
Features IGBT transistors and fast-recovery diodes, which ensure uniform welding current regulation and guarantee an adequate electric arc. With advanced dynamic protection that enables a reliable and safe welding process.

For rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes up to 4mm in diameter. 50 connection.
Switch for TIG-Lift function.
Precise and reliable digital display.
Can be connected to an electric generator (Stabilized).

Hot Start is a special feature for MMA welding (coated electrode) where the machine delivers a current peak when starting the arc. This is important as it significantly increases the ease of starting the electrodes, especially in difficult conditions such as damp electrodes, imperfect work surfaces, or when using "difficult-to-run" (7018) electrodes.

Arc Force, sometimes called Arc Control, is a feature similar to Hot Start, except that Arc Force operates during welding, not just at ignition. When the welding machine detects a short circuit, it will deliver a current peak. This greatly helps to stabilize the arc, preventing the arc from cutting out while welding and preventing the electrode from sticking.

Anti-Stick allows the coated welding electrode to detach easily if it begins to stick to the work. When the machine detects that the electrode is sticking, it will drop the welding current to prevent the electrode from continuing to weld to the work, allowing it to be released easily.

Recommendations for use
Ensure you connect the equipment to a suitable 230V power source to avoid damage and guarantee optimal performance.
Always use the recommended electrodes according to the equipment specifications and the type of material to be welded to obtain the best results.
Adjust the amps according to the thickness of the material to be welded and the manufacturer's recommendations.

Always select the appropriate electrode for the type of material you are going to weld, using the digital display as a guide.
Adjust the amps according to the thickness of the material to ensure a quality weld.
Use the Hot Start function to facilitate the start of welding, especially on difficult materials.
Keep the equipment in a dry and clean environment to prevent damage from moisture and dust.
Practice on scrap material pieces before performing welds on the final project to ensure that the settings are correct.

Maintenance recommendations:
Regularly clean the welder's ventilation ducts to prevent dust accumulation and ensure adequate cooling.
Periodically check the cables and connections to ensure there is no wear or damage that could affect the equipment's performance.
Store the equipment in a dry place protected from the elements to extend its service life and maintain its optimal performance.
